59th Mid-states Art Show follow up

On December 8th, I attended the opening of 59th Mid-states Art Show follow up at Evansville Museum, Evansville, IN. I met a lot of nice people of the museum as well as the visitors who talked to me and asked me about my art. It was fun. After the opening, I had a chance to look around their permanent collection. It was clear to me that they are working on collecting realism art pieces, mainly still-life. I saw some impressive pieces that I see for the first time in person, as well as a couple of familiar names from way back when.
