Portrait Society of America International Competition Finalist

I was selected as one of the 20 finalists for the Portrait Society of America International Portrait Competition 2023. They said they had received 3075 entries, so the chance of being a finalist was pretty slim like below 1/150. When I look at the names of the other finalists, it is a list of the nation's top portrait artists I have always admired and respected. I feel so honored and humbled. I will be going to Washington DC for the conference and attend the awards ceremony in May.

Beautiful Bizarre Art Prize Finalist

For the 3rd time my work was chosen to be one of the finalists for the 50 RAYMAR Traditional Art Award Finalists of the Beautiful Bizarre Art Prize! I feel so honored and humbled to be included in this group of crazy talented artists. The quality of the submitted art works has been consistently getting higher and the competition getting stiffer every year. That makes being selected even more special.
